There was a Fairy Odd Parents episode when Timmy's dentist was rich so Timmy wished everyone become the same (gray walking lumps) to get rid of the differences but when that happened people still found a way to distinguish between social class. Same with race. Plus like someone said there is racism within races too so
Yes.
There is racism even within races.
Darker folks are always discriminated against whether within black people, latin people, white people, asian people. It's all the same ****.
If we were all the same color AND shade, maybe not. But I'm sure people would find something else to be prejudiced about.

If we were all the same ethnicity, then of course racism in that sense wouldn't exist. However, there would still be another form of discrimination in its place.
Considering that race is a social construct based on arbitrary distinctions that really have nothing to with color (examples: "Latino" as a race now, Jewish, Irish, and Italian people formerly not considered white), yes.
