Now that Nicki released a song that outright shades Iggy, I'm left wondering, why is she so afraid of Iggy? Over the past few months, all Nicki has done is constantly throw little jabs at Iggy, when Iggy really hasn't even mentioned Nicki aside from praising her.

Is Nicki upset that Fancy shat all over Anaconda without Iggy having to pander to thirsty males?
Is she mad that Iggy got so many Grammy nominations this year?

Nicki always talks about how she's pro-women, but it seems as though every time another woman starts to see success, she loses her mind. What do you think her issue is?

I really doubt she's afraid of her at all

I think her issue is the fact that she thinks Iggy sucks and is a mockery of the genre she's fought so hard to establish herself in. Only to get big breaks and opportunities that Nicki (and other equally talented rappers) had no shot at when they were coming up and had to work triple as hard for solely because she's a blonde white girl.

She declined and now she's clearly threatened by Iggy. She can't handle another female rapper being successful. Doesn't take a rocket science to see her ego is in full swing right now.

She needs to worry less about Iggy and more about her singles, promo, etc.

But Iggy is shading Nicki in Heavy Crown though, so her never mentioning her outside of praise is incorrect.
