I think every song released so far has been below average even for Nicki's mix of pop and rap standards. Her rapping isn't flashy or exciting anymore.
I'm not saying this out of ****ing shade cause I like Nicki, but I'm saying it so that you guys can prepare yourselves for the professional critics dragging this album left and right (since everybody here is on metacritics dick). The singles and buzz tracks have really done damage to her discography imo. She isn't growing as an artist at all. Don't let her clean image now fool you. Her rapping and her choruses haven't been up to par with her old stuff.
That's a fact if you actually compare them.
