Being a black girl who sings and dance doesn't automatically make her a carbon copy of anyone. The industry has had many artists who fit those two criteria but they aren't all the same.
The fact of the matter is that until Fleur actually releases some original material you can't judge whether or not she's a carbon copy of anyone. Besides the other three left are hardly original.
