Guys who are closeted often won't get tested because then they might be seen and have to explain themselves, etc. Or they just have no sexual education, which is pretty common in America.
Outing him is wrong, but it's not homophobic to suggest men who have sex with men (which does not only mean gay men) are at higher risk to contract and spread HIV, it's a fact.

That's all very true and I understand that, but even then it doesn't justify the comment directed at Berg. He's literally making unfounded statements about Berg's private life, of which he has no clue about.
There's plenty of men in the entertainment industry who are known by their industry friends to be gay/bi but just aren't out because of public image. That doesn't automatically mean they're the type of person to practice unsafe sex (first thing that manager has no clue about), not get tested (second thing that manager has no clue about), etc. Berg could easily get tested privately if he wanted (third thing that manager has no clue about).
Either way, the fact that upon realizing that Berg likes men (and lbr this is not the first time this has come up. Berg has had rumors about him for the longest), Manager's immediate reaction was "this ***** had sex with a man and is NOW spreading HIV to all these women". All of a sudden the revelation that he sleeps with men brings in the accusations that he has HIV and is spreading it to women.

Like, you had zero concern about his HIV status right up until the point when you realized he wasn't straight. FOH. For all he know, he could've contracted HIV from a straight woman, either way it's not his business to discuss.
