No. There's plenty of straight men with HIV who go around sleeping with dozens of different women behind their girlfriends back. Are we gonna brand straight men as being dangerous now too?
Doesn't really make a difference whether he's in the closet or not, because there's no proof he's having unsafe sex, and bisexual men already exist.
