I doubt it. There's supposed to be a testing phase first, and the site will probably be down for a fair amount of time when they do the final upgrade.

ATRL is serving R8 teas right now

That's probably not gonna happen.

The twist is that R8 is not really an album but a website and Rihanna joined forces with ATRL to get it done but the program they were planned to use is not even finished yet so the project is still on hold. Or maybe the ATRL programmers wanted to use the what was supposed to be ARTPOP app source code to build ARTLPOP but when Gaga scrapped the era they were left with nothing. Another chance is that they wanted to release December 13th last year by surprise but they were surprised by Bey and decided to delay the release one year and we're getting it next week. The new design could be anything, anywhere, anytime, y'all should watch Interestellar to understand the real concept.

I can imagine it being like "the site is slightly faster" and registrations will get opened so we have a bunch of newbies to play with.

Please do it so we get some of the new features that ATRL desperately needs like quote notifications etc

The 'new design' is already coded i got it before when atrl had one of those we'll be back shortly but it changed to the normal one when i refreshed
