It's apparent Chris has mental health issues. People need to give him the Amanda Bynes treatment.
I'm really trying to understand why you keep saying this like you discovered some great revelation or like it hasn't already been confirmed by the law and stated by him himself, numerous times, that Chris is bipolar Or as if he isn't already legally required to take meds for it
