They don't necessarily "shame" skinny people, but they do both imply that being big is better than being thin.
The difference is that Meghan wants to
literally have her cake and eat it too and turn around and act like every body type is equal to every other, despite having just done the
exact opposite by detailing the virtues of being chubby and referring to thin women as "skinny bitches."
It might not be
offensive, but it's a pretty clear case of shoddy, careless writing, hence my saying that the Grammys obviously don't pay attention to lyrics.
