Gaga's commercial success has always been based on quality. She always delivered catchy pop songs, but at the end of the day, you're not going to sell albums with just catchy pop songs. Gaga's music has always been quality and the GP knew that, which is why she was such a big pop star in her prime. ARTPOP is lacking in quality, which is why it's lacking in success. Nonsensical lyrics and poorly executed themes all contribute to the album's overall downgrade in quality in comparison with her previous efforts. I recognise that, lots of former fans recognise that, the GP recognise that and now even the Grammy committee recognise that. It seems to be only her most devoted of stans that won't accept that. Yes men. Nothing more than that. ARTPOP wasn't nominated and rightfully so. All of the nominees were deserving.

I don't even like ARTPOP that much really, but you've gotten BEYOND tiring at this point.
If ARTPOP was rightfully not nominated with a metascore of 61 why shouldn't that apply to Miley and Katy? Because they weren't labeled as flops. That's the truth. Their albums weren't stigmatized like ARTPOP was.
In my opinion ARTPOP wasn't worthy of a single Grammy besides a DWUW nom.
Is DWUW worse than Bang Bang? Is this what you're suggesting? Had DWUW been on a more successful album it would've gotten both a nomination and
probably a win.
Saying that somehow Grammy's don't value popularity and are basing their nominations strictly on quality of material is ridiculous to say the least.
