It happens to regular people all the time. They're just not reported as much as when the accident is fatal.
It was a 2 year mess, but I sure did. Even though that bitch fled the state... it was a nightmare situation. In times like that, I wish I was a celebrity. Litigation would be much easier I'm sure.
