Nope. His record label refuses to release the album and he wants out from the label (according to MTV anyway).

Like it or not, even if CLEAN is released as a single, BAD BLOOD (AKA my #5 on 1989) will have much more commercial success and better chart performance than CLEAN does.

These are the proofs that Taylor did this Spotify thing for the whole music industry, especially the artists.
As big as Taylor, she can easily find other ways to achieve her goals, on the other hand some other artists didn't realize that they were relying on something which was damaging them, or even though they realized that but they were not able the change it.
