I'm having an issue since yesterday and I'm losing my mind, please help me ATRL.

Whenever I try to open YouTube my browsers (Chrome, IE and Firefox) can't load the page and a "time limit exceeded" error message appears. This happens on YouTube and sites like Tinypic, but for some reason I can acess Facebook, Twitter and Atrl just fine.

I tried to clear my cookies and cache, uninstall and reinstall all my browsers, use flash player, even called my internet company and they say it's not their fault. I don't know what else can I do. Please help me

That sounds strange, try running anti-virus software or s/t
