I would say both but I've seen some unattractive people whom I would consider sexy?

Confidence can make even ugly people somewhat appealing.

Confidence...it's really different. Someone may be very beautiful but he or she may not be sexy, it really has to do on how you feel with yourself.

Confidence because if a person is super attractive physically but has little to no confidence and is very insecure that's a turn off

Sex without confidence is boring, you can't be a sexy person if you are not confident. I know people who look so good but they're not sexually attractive because they're not confident
