I don't think it's about race tbh. Bey has 17 Grammy's and there are countless other black artists who have been praised by the Grammy's committee, such as Frank Ocean, Miguel, Cee Lo Green etc.
The problem is in the way the nominations work. There is no control over who votes for the submitted albums/ tracks/ artists. Anyone who's invited to the committee can vote for whatever genre and category they please, even if they have no expertise in it. That's how Macklemore took Kendrick's Grammys and that's how Nas and 2Pac don't have a single Grammy to their name.
yawn thats cause most of the popular artists are white (which is another discussion in itself) you have to have a certain amount of success to be eligible sorry AAB & fkatwigs

anbd where are all these Hispanic artists they were supposed to nominate?
I think that generally, the Grammy's usually have a decent amount of diversity in their noms. This years nominations so far are terrible and comically predictable.
Those record of the year or whatever nominations are just awful.
Maybe the black artists this year didn't make great music like some of the white artists? There were really no smash albums by black people this year besides Beyonce and Beyonce obviously will get nominated. This article was clearly written by a pressed person who is pulling the race card.
It's true and y'all need to stop denying it. The fact that FKA Twigs didn't get any nominations with one of the most acclaimed songs of the year
Though the nominations were bad overall, even for white people. Like, The Black Keys and Jack White getting multiple rock nominations but only one for U2 and none for Bruce Springsteen?

Well there aren't a lot that's true but if they somehow found out about Brandy Clark (whose album didn't even make it into the top 150 of the Billboard 200) it must not be that difficult to find Latin artists (though they have their own categories I guess). Melanie Martinez deserved a nom.
