Actually this is an isolated incident. Payments were dispersed to developers of ALL Xbox One indies, this incident is only for CERTAIN developers on Xbox 360. The payments are actually only TWO WEEKS behind and Microsoft issued a statement days ago. Please dig for more sources before posting.

No they are two weeks behind. Nov. 15 was the last day of grace. Microsoft sent a statement on the 3rd. Payments will post within two weeks from dec. 3rd.

What are your sources for the Nov 15 date? There isn't anything in their statement:
Devs were expecting their Q3 payments on September 30 which they have not received.

am very glad to hear that Microsoft is FINALLY going to be paying their developers now. it's a little sad that the developers had to ask for their money though
