Microsoft does not pay their indie devs for Xbox Marketplace

Indie developers using the Xbox Live indie Games Marketplace service were expecting their Q3 payment on September 30th. The Date as of writing this is the 3rd of December, developers still haven’t been paid meaning Microsoft is 64 days late on payment a full 19 days beyond the rather generous "Acceptable" delay period they gave themselves.
Each quarter Microsoft then pays said developers their portion of the games sales. The system itself also includes a clause that payment is not considered “late” until it’s beyond 45 days after the stated payment date.
Hope this doesn't mean less and less indie developers will use the Xbox Live service. Very rude of them to not pay their devs that make them money, especially on the holiday season!
This is honestly despicable. Microsoft is one of the largest companies in the world yet they're 45 days late paying their developers? There's no reason for them to take that long.
So not only are they horrible to their customers, they're also horrible to their developers.
Microsoft consistently rip-off their own customers and finally a lot of them have stopped buying and decided to switch. No surprise they do it the developers on the MarketPlace front as well.
Embarrassing. Where are the GamerGaters when something actually unethical like this takes place in the games industry?
THIS!!!! They need to step up but let's be real that "movement" while alright in theory, in actually is made up of disenfranchised adolescent forum rats who really just hate SJWs.
