This is tragic. Cash Money really has become hip-hop royalty, right along with Def Jam, Bad Boy, Roc-a-Fella, Aftermath, etc. Lil' Wayne LITERALLY carried the whole label on his back since Tha Carter II and they do him like this? A legacy just tarnished.

Nicki cannot just leave like that if Wayne cant neither can she

They're both prob gonna be worth a ton of money to release but the label who invests that money in them won't see it back because they're both way past their primes.

That would be nice. I know Mannie Fresh and BG left in 2004/2005 for a similar reason. Many artists have come and gone since. Wayne was always the star and record seller, even before he brought Nicki and Drake into the the mix. Birdman isn't really his father, more like a mentor. But to see their relationship end is sad, especially if you've watch how close they were for years (since before 2000). and then over some mess like this.
