I can't really think of much, except I've warmed up to broccoli and whipped cream recently (not together, though!), and I used to not like blueberry muffins, but now I find them okay.
I still hate all the foods I've always hated... they're just slightly tolerable now I guess
Olives - fine on pizza or in cooked dishes (black olives)
Beans - ruins any dish tbh but I can still eat them
Grapefruit - horribly bitter, but I guess fine in an alcoholic drink
