But, Clinton is plenty iconic himself and one of my favorite presidents.

Clinton is more iconic because of the huge scandal.
Obama will be seen as more important in the future because he was the first black president.

Clinton because he passed the most anti gay legislation of any president in history. He also engineered the stock market crash of 2008 by signing the GLB Act of 1999.
