Gaga, on the other hand, is obviously seen as quirky and out there, and
ARTPOP did damage her brand, but I've seen a good number of people and conversations held about C2C, and how talented they think she is, so I think it's on the road to recovery.
I'll go with Gaga for now, but I adore both.
