I'm not sure what "caucasian" features you speak of, but at you assuming Black people strive to look like white people. For starters, no particular features are exclusive to one race so that's flaw number 1 in your logic. Flaw number 2 is your assumption that a standard of beauty only has one look. Beyonce, Rihanna, Whitney Houston, Megan Good, Angela Bassett, Lupita Nyong'o etc. are all beautiful and acknowledged for their beauty despite looking nothing alike, so why in the world would you assume there's only one standard of beauty. Not to mention, Rihanna and Beyonce (both Black) demolishes these other pop girls in the look department. Does that mean that Katy, Miley and the rest of them strive to look black and achieve a "black" standard of beauty? No... because clearly beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors. There is no standard, despite what the media and advertisers try to tell us. See the world and expand your horizons a little bit.
