Exactly thats what i dont get.

Take a look at this.. Taylor is performing at AAMI park in Melbourne. It has a capacity of 29,000-30,000. But is only doing 1 show.

Katy is doing 8 shows at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, which has a capacity of 14,900.

Granted some of the arena is blocked off because behind of stage etc.. say she performed for 8000 each night, she would be performing for around 60,000 in total..

Thats why making up records like this doesnt make sense. Venue should be irrelevant. Tour gross and attendance are what matters.

But another First. No female artist is selling out Stadiums. Believe.. if they could, they would. Madonna the last female to perform @ a stadium in Australia. That was 21 years ago.
