Don't other girls record their albums in like 2 weeks? I remember that being the case for a beyonce's album. Just because she's just now recording, doesn't mean that she started the project just now
She's been apparently working on this new music since the end of last year / beginning of this year so I think she means 4 months fully committed to working on it!
