well I was a minor so I went to a child therapist so it wasn't the full blown experience I guess but basically she just asked me how I was feeling and gave me papers to fill out whenever I was feeling anxious or depressed and then I would bring them back the next appointment and we would talk about it. Not very interesting and I only went like 5 times because I wasn't getting anything out of it.
I was legit gonna get some cuz I have serious issues but too many things I need to sort out first and idk how I'd pay for it.
Well my college offers five free student led sessions. Group sessions and individual sessions. I ain't going to a group session though, people are going to judge you. Individual sessions sound fine though.
how do I handle this?
