Their numbers are false and I can give exact numbers of how much has D&H sold throughout 2013 and 2014 and I am not even a chart expert. They are too lazy to actually count the exact numbers and they exaggerate the numbers of some artists.
At the end of 2012, beginning of 2013 D&H was at 5.9- 6m WW.

So that's more than 700k. D&H is at 6,6m WW counting numbers from the US, UK, France and Japan, I am pretty sure it has sold an extra 200k in the rest of the world for the last two years.
