Absolutely. The biggest hit of the era (that had a massive viral campaign to accompany it, as well as a VMA performance) failed to outsell Maps, Boom Clap, Drunk in Love, Unconditionally, and Do What U Want.
Now that I really think about it, I don't think her first week will be a disaster. She has the backing of a huge urban fanbase. If Chris Brown's X can sell 100k+ then she can too. However I think her overall sales will be nothing short of tragic, and getting a gold certification will be quite the task this era.
Her first album did okay, but I don't remember when her second studio album was released. 
I think they will be a disaster.
