Why does Lana have so much more power with 95% less hype and exposure than 3 major pop girls?

Paradise Edition had a whole new body of work attached to the Born to Die album.

Beyonce Platinum had very little value for such a high retail price.
The Re-Up wasn't available at many retail/big box stores. Nicki had a meltdown over that citing that re-releases generally don't do well.
Teenage Dream: CC only had 3 new songs and then the remixes that her hardcore fans already owned.

Katy had three new songs, Beyoncé had two new songs (and was pricy) and Lana had eight new songs (basically a new EP), so this comparison is flawed.

where is Good Girl Gone Bad Reloaded in this list? It had number one singles leading up to the release and still sold less than Paradise EP

Because it was an entire EP of songs, a la Animal+Cannibal or The Fame Monster.

For Beyoncé, this was also the case, and so I can't really say anything on that. Perhaps just album sales declining affected this? Nicki's and Katy's required the ENTIRE album to be re-purchased, and not everyone wanted to do that. Plus Katy's re-issue only had 3 new songs, one of which was already widely available as a single.
