I disagree with you. I think she should let Burnin' Up die down first, it's now rising slowly and surely, and then it would overshadow it Masterpiece. I say she should release Masterpiece sometime mid December. She is moving way too fast this era.

Burnin' Up is doing nothing outside US. The other countries need a new single (even if Bang Bang is still doing its thing). I doubt Masterpiece's video release could hurt BU in US.

It's still somewhat selling in US and some people are interested in Burnin' Up. It's #66 on iTunes. Rushing the third single could hurt both Masterpiece and Burnin' Up.
Her label is a mess, i am not surprised her album isn't selling.
I was waiting for a $6.99 discount during Black Friday but nothing, the deluxe is $15+ and the standard $12.... while other recent albums 1989, My Everything, PRISM, ARTPOP are available for less than $7.
I still bought my copy for $15, but get it together
glad it's slaying so hard in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
