Celebrities lie about plastic surgery all the time. It's obvious in photos and videos she has had a least one nose job. And so what? No judgment on Germanotta for doing it. It just proves that there is pressure for women to have a smaller, feminine nose. Most female celebrities have had their nose done.
But OT, there is not as much pressure I think for men as bigger noses are seen as masculine.
