But those are just single sales, many of which have been outsold by the other girls. "Peak" includes everything, from touring to impact to sales and cultural relevance. Katy is simply at the bottom of the totem pole for now.

Roar is her biggest hit WW and DH her biggest US hit
i could go on and on but she is stable, just because two singles were her two lowest selling singles doesn't mean she's not "stable" like what kind of logic is that?
