I consider a "clock" an instance wherein someone exposes another's lies or hypocrisy with a witty retort or actual hard receipts/evidence. Here Cher is just responding with a basic, thoughtless, canned "**** off" bromide that required little cleverness or wit. It only seems charming because she's pushing 70, in that "grandma drank too much at dinner" kind of way.
