They're Indie Pop, ALT Pop, which is a subgenre of Alternative Rock and ALT Rock is subgenre of Rock so they're under the Rock umbrella therefore they are Rock. And the ALT community supports as that's where they came from.

I've gotten Vance Joy submissions for pop and alternative, a Milky Chance submission in dance and Kiesza submissions in pop and dance.
