My argument was that it was barely even a relationship though. They sound like a bunch of middle schoolers squealing over the fact that their friend's "ex boyfriend" just walked passed her in the corridor. I don't see how it can be awkward when it was never anything substantial in the first place.
As Taylor's stans have said, they're on good terms and there's no hate. No one hates someone they dated for a short period of time.
