There's so many films with small breasted woman, so yeah no its not the same. Really a breast is different from showing a woman or mans crotch.

LOL. For real? It's plenty of film with topless men on scream. Penis? I mean, get a ****o if you want to see that. The same thing goes with all that women boobs on scream... it's unnecessary. Anyway it's not the same thing to show a penis and women boobs, vagina and penis is far more equal... and I don't think it would be appropiate. sorry.

If a movie sets out to portray sex realistically, I don't see what's wrong with showing full-frontal nudity of both sexes. It's the gratuitous nudity that's found in most horror movies and increasingly more comedies nowadays you should have a problem with.
