I proudly present you the exclusive interview OnlineJLoFan.com had with Chris & Teeb who recently worked with Jennifer Lopez on some new tracks for her Greatest Hits album and a new forthcoming new album!
Their productions are sick! Chris & Teeb are the producers behind the crazy beat of Danity Kane’ ‘Make Me Sick‘ and have been working with other artists like Ciara, Asia and Donnie Klang - just to name a few.
It had been reported that fresh new producers Chris & Teeb recently recorded tracks with Jennifer and I was able to arrange an interview with these talented producers!
We sent them some questions and they came up with the idea to answer the questions on video. I really wanna thank them on behalf of the complete OJF staff for taking time to do the interview!

Teeb: Hello there in TV land.
Chris: Hello there, it is us.
T: It is we at.
C: Chris and Teeb of Drop Zone. We are doing this interview for OnlineJLoFan.com, it’s a crazy fan site for Jennifer Lopez - for those that don’t know the breakdown of her name J.Lo, Jennifer Lopez.
T: Yo, it’s crazy how nowadays, we have been doing interviews over email and in stead of printing it out we make a video.
C: Technology
T: Technology is crazy, huh, and it allows us to do this [make a video].
C: But, J.Lo fans, they definitely sent us a few questions to answer. So we’re going to try to answer these questions to the best of our ability.
What was your first reaction when you found out you were going to be working with Jennifer Lopez?
C: I know me personally, when I heard that we were going to be working with J.Lo, thinking, “This is Jenny From The Block”, you know. I have been following her career since ‘In Living Color’ when she was just a back-up dancer. I’m floored, I’m honored, she is a beautiful woman. Why wouldn’t I be honored to work with her? She is amazing, she can do it all, you know. How about you [Teeb]?
T: I was happy as hell when I heard, you know. I’m sick right now so if I sound a little…. He was floored, I was standing up like *clapping*.
Did Jennifer fulfill your expectations, or is she completely different?
T: Well, she smashed the records out, crazy records.
C: They sound great
T: [She] Murdered them, we could talk about what that record was alright, we would but we can’t so. It’s crazy dawg, she murdered it, she is an incredible artist. She smashed it. For those who think she can’t sing, she can.
C: She can really sing
T: So, it’s all that.
C: She is an amazing artist, I mean what can you say? I was trying to keep quiet because I’m so passionate about this right here. I really am, like she is amazing, honestly. So, you guys know that already, that’s why you are fans of hers. I’m a fan too, I need to join this site as well cause I’m a fan.
What do you think her best quality is as an artist?
C: As an artist and a singer Jennifer Lopez is excellent. But as an artist and a singer, she is also an entertainer, which makes her even better at what she does. So, I think that’s what her strong point is, entertaining, captivating your attention, you know. And she can do anything else well but that is her biggest asset to me as an artist, you know.
T: You all summed it up for me bro.
C: Cool beans

What direction did you go on the songs you produced for her?
T: For the style of music, we did. Pretty much feel good music. You know, we did our Chris and Teeb thing.
C: An up-tempo, club banger that makes you dance.
T: Those who know us, those who know us alright. Know that the banga is the banger, you know, you feel me? So, you know, prepare yourself.
C: Yeah, you’re going to be dancing all over the place, trust me.
T: Prepare yourself.
Can you tell us more about the songs you produced for her? Like the titles or about the message of the songs?
C: Unfortunately, you know, due to situations to prior records that we have done that have gotten leaked, we don’t want to release the titles of the songs just yet. But when the Greatest Hits album comes out and her next album comes out, we will keep you guys posted on what the titles of the songs are, so you can look in the credits and see our names.
T: Ya digg, it’s a crazy world up here so we gotta keep it under a wrap.
Can you tell us something about the greatest hits album as well as the album she will be releasing in 2009?
C: The Greatest Hits album is going to have about 3 to 4 new tracks on it.
T: To our knowledge, you know what I mean, that’s what we heard.
C: To our knowledge, yeah. But you know, the label doesn’t really keep us posted on all of that. But, the records are crazy, just know that, that’s all you need to know.
T: Basically that’s the end of the interview but we can’t leave without letting you know: Chris and Teeb, Drop Zone, we do this!
C: And we just wanted to thank you for your time and your interest in what we do for your favorite entertainer, Jennifer Lopez.
