So everyone knows how much I love Fifth Harmony, but I'll admit I was kinda bored by this video. (I'm still refreshing it and giving it views. I made a positive comment on it.)

I know the girls are pretty. I think they mostly look gorgeous in the swingset colors scene and I think Ally ESPECIALLY and Camila look like princesses in the sparkly dress scenes. (Dinah looked gorgeous there too but they don't show her enough.) It's awesome they showcased Normani's dancing and silhouette. Lauren's best shown in the swingset part.

But I really want a storyline video. I want one with some sort of movement, locations, action to it. And dreamy is right, in that this video kinda puts me to sleep to a song I otherwise found quite active.

I don't like the white outfits (poofy pants?) and weird poof hair at all. It's not an appealing look for me for anyone. The makeup just makes them look older and unhappy. The hair looks greasy. I also don't like Lauren's makeup in the sparkly dress shots she has. It's not a palette that suits her for me.

The ropes on Camila in the orange outfit look more bondage-y than playground. Orange also doesn't suit her that great to me. I'm sad there's a video that's getting her a lot of hate for being shown "too much" in many's opinion.

The main effect of this video is actually making me like the Boss one a whole lot better. Ha.

That's a relief. I didn't want to just come in like a huge complaining downer but it's hitting me that this video doesn't capture anything I love about them very well.

It sort of treats them like works of art. Look at these lovely singers as if they are beautiful paintings. And yet, what draws me to them most is often their interaction with each other, their goofier sides, when they're honest and outspoken. When they're clumsy and having fun.

They literally never get to even look at each other in this video, do they? And there is so much to appreciate in their relationships with each other. I want an in depth behind the scenes of the filming process. It'd be so much better than the video because surely they talked and interacted between takes.

It's sad they are signed to a crappy label when it comes to visuals. Their promo has been okay overall, but for a group that is supposed to launch big time, other things are def. lacking, while they doesn't have too lack. They have so much potential, but it all doesn't comes together yet. Add the awful pushback strategy to that, and I don't know what to think.

Video is great! Classy, and nice visuals (especially the silhouettes slayed me. And I love the fact they used Normani's dance skills for that too)

ally looked gorg but she needs some kpop shoe lifts, her lack of height really stands out when they are standing in a line performing.
lauren, idk why when she rocks skirts they look 2 sizes small...makes her look like she has a pudge

the video was ok, but i agree w/ others i want a storyline in the next video
at least their styling is finally picking up
