It was supposed to come out in February, but apparently Jay pushed it back and is saying he's in no rush to finish it. Oh and yes NorMal Live Nation is trying to sign lots of artists. All I now of is U2, Madonna, Jay-Z, Shakira and Nickelback, but I'm not sure if they actually own some of the artists' music.
I think Jay pushed his back because of Roc Nation. His label is scouting, and the management division is about to handle Brandy. Janet is supposed to be signing to his label too, and Nas is supposed to come over..

Exactly, I'm not saying she is going to wake up 2morrow and tell Def Jam........ Jay Z's calling I'm gone!!! She'll stay as long as she is welcomed but when things start looking bad Jay Z will have a new signee.
I know Madonna is signed to make albums for Live Nation, as well as them backing her tours, but what about the other artists, like Shakira, Nickelback, Jay-Z, etc? Are they just signed with Live Nation for tour stuff or are they going to be recording albums with them too? Or are they still going to make albums under their respective labels (Shakira - Epic, Nickelback - Roadrunner, etc.?)
