and ppl responded "wrong place at the wrong time...happened to many blacks by cops multiple times before"
peaceful protest happens all the time...i wish they went to other cities and did this as well
How do we know he reached for his gun? Was it testified under oath in court? The point is all these allegations (on both sides) deserved to be made into sworn testimony & deliberated about at length in a court of law under a jury of one's peers like all cases would, and that was denied today. The biggest case in the country this year was dismissed.
Mike Brown deserved to be tried in court for theft, strong-armed robbery, & resist of arrest, not killed.
Darren Wilson deserved to be tried in court for excessive force, manslaughter, and third degree murder not exonerated.
Several witness accounts state that they saw him attempting to get the gun. Also Brown had gunshot wounds to his hand.
The media has done nothing but paint him as a thug, I literally had some idiot tell me well he was 6'3 and 300 pounds with a criminal record of course they shot him

But they reported that to the media, they did not testify. That's my point. They should have testified. The prosecution and defense should have put on their best fight. There is no reason the biggest national case this year should just be aborted like that.
I'm sure he would have been found not guilty if this did go to court anyway but still.
