Epic. Simply amazing film work. I could have sat in the theatre for an additional 3 hours; Zimmerman's score had me glued at every second.
That said, Jonathan Nolan has since alluded to a sequel. Don't feel like formatting spoiler tags, so y'all can read into that on ur own time. Not sure if one is even needed, but it'd certainly get my coins.
Good. 600-800 will probably be where the film will end up around (I hope). Mockingjay will bring down some of its showings and will take away since they share a similar audience but I keep hearing good word of mouth.
Also - Hans added the docking music to the deluxe edition last night. Make sure to download it - it is called "No Time For Caution."
I found it interesting that after going to see this again with my friend and her sister last night, they were both wondering if there was going to be a sequel. The thought had never even crossed my mind before.
I don't even have words for this movie, I expected it to be amazing but it completely blew my mind to the point where I just had to sit for a few minutes afterwards and collect myself. I cried so much, and after a slow start I was on the edge of my seat for pretty much the remainder of the film. So so so good, thought provoking, inspiring, touching... Excellent plot twists. Plus seeing it in IMAX was so worth it!
My friends didn't understand most of it but I didn't find it that difficult, some of the scientific stuff went completely over my head but generally I managed to follow the plot quite well
It's got good legs. Word of mouth is very strong despite mixed reviews. I wonder where it will eventually end at. The Hunger Games was its only real competition in terms of shared audience (though I've noticed that Interstellar skews older).

This will probably end between $600-$650M, which is fantastic for an original, hard sci-fi film.
I saw this in IMAX with my family this weekend. so glad we chose to watch this over Mockingjay. But we had to sit like 2 rows from the way front because the theater was sold out (and we came 15 minutes early)

I saw Matt Damon turning on Cooper from a mile away
TARS is my fave
and I was sort of annoyed because I couldn't hear what Brand was saying before he died
This was a great movie. Queen Anne slayed.
Those scenes of going thru wormhole and black hole reminded me of Contact, and as I was SCARED AS HELL of that movie when I was a kid, my brain connected things and I was sitting at the edge of my seat when that stuff was going down. Really great viewing experience.
I wanna go watch it again, truly one of the most mind blowing movies I've ever watched.
People who don't see it on the big screen will regret it later on.
