I'm not even in the mood to get into how education is treated in poorer areas and how much that has to do with politics. Or how those places are normally where the most minorities are anyway. Or how a lot of black people don't bother voting because they don't feel like their voice matters whatsoever. Or how it really doesn't regardless.

St. Louis's biggest population group is black. We're 49.2% black, 43.9% white (42.2% non-Hispanic), 3.5% Hispanic or Latino and 2.9% Asian. Do you really think burning a McDonald's down or a string of riots every couple of decades can really compare to taking the majority in the voting process?
I don't understand your logic in saying that starting some fires is more effective than mobilizing and educating parts of the community or even think you know what St. Louis is really like if you think all people can do is "loot and riot" to find change.
