Halle Berry just took Gabriel Aubry to court ... claiming he's trying to make their 6-year-old daughter white.
Halle was furious Gabriel was straightening Nahla's naturally-curly hair, lightening it with highlights and she is convinced it's because he does not want the girl to appear to be African American.
Halle didn't show in court Monday morning, but her lawyer Steve Kolodny did, along with Gabriel and after a lot of arguing the judge ruled NEITHER Halle nor Gabriel could change Nahla's look from its natural state.
So the judge is allowing Nahla's hair to grow back naturally.
So her argument is that he doesn't want a black child even tho he had a child with black woman. Like I get her being mad that he **** with their kids hair without talking to her, but come the **** on, lady.

How is this a hard concept to grasp. People have children with Catholics and try to force their kids to be Jewish like them.

Okay that comparison does not make sense, Religion is something anyone can change, Race is not. Lets call it for what it is, a petty and messy break up that's going to lead the child to be the one to suffer. They've both been slinging mud at each other for years now and this is probably just her getting her payback at him for demanding more alimony from her last month.
That poor girl, I hope she learns not to be the mess that her parents are.
But if Gabriel was the one having a meltdown because Halle was trying to make his child (who is 3/4 white - Halle is half white herself) appear black... woo lawd.

I'd pissed too. Im not sure if race has anything to really do with it. Maybe he's gay,or a fashionista and wants to give her make-over?

All jokes aside,he shouldn't have did that. Also considering what he said a few years back,I wouldn't be surprised.
