Do you guys not realize that it is illegal & unethical to use someone else's work and pass it off as yours? Why didn't Kim credit that guy/girl?
For all we know, he/she could be a professional photographer & it is wrong to not mention him/her when posting the pic, when clearly took it from him/her.
The problem is not with her using the pic, its the fact that she is trying to pass it off as her own & not giving credit to the person who actually took it.
Its called stealing.
