It's great, very political and psychological. The warfare behind the curtain - manipulation - willingness to sacrifice - post war stress disorder (I mean more than 100k US soldiers suffers and so does Katniss)
It's this time not as easy like an American School shooting but the effort to look behind, it's worth it.
And funny fact, you see in their base the bunkers to get a shelter from the bombers - It was taped in Berlin Airport Tempelhof in their bunkers. 70 years before today, the bombers destroyed the whole city and the citizens where looking for shelter in the same bunkers we see in the film - Hitler just died in his bunker 2 miles from Tempelhof.
