Another official said that Pooh Bear “doesn’t wear underpants because it doesn’t have a sex. It’s a hermaphrodite.”
Council person Hanna Jachimska criticized Winnie-the-Pooh author A.A. Milne for having “cut his [Pooh’s] testicles off with a razor blade because he had a problem with his identity.”
Why would a bear be wearing clothes at all? They're talking about perversion like they're not the ones who wish a children's cartoon had its dick visible. Get a grip
Ummm...kids are NOT paying attention to the fact he doesn't wear pants. Not to mention, Tigger, Eeyore, Rabbit, Kanga, Roo and the other characters aside from Piglet and Christopher Robin don't even WEAR clothes to begin with.
