This is actually really true. Having a good PR team isn't anything to be shaded. It's good brand management. If you go down in history as being one of the greatest artists/performers of all time, then it's partly because of your talent and partly because of how you were managed. Beyonce's talent speaks for itself, but part of the reason why she's so revered is because she has an amazing team constantly reinforcing the idea to the general public that she's the greatest performer in the game.

Why shade that? If you had the choice between your fave having the best PR team in the world, and one of the worst, then of course you'd choose for her to have the best.

The bottom line is, no PR team can create that level of adulation out of thin air with nothing to back it up. It must really suck to hate someone that is so widely loved.

Well my fave doesn't have to use her publicist and PR as much, she naturally leads a great lifestyle and stays away from bad press most of the time so it's easy for Beyoncé to have a great image.

There are tabloid celebrities who must use them like crazy, specially in the past with scandals related to drugs, instability, bad parenting and what not. Their PR team must have gone crazy as well, they couldn't even save them and now their reputation is stained forever with no respect.
