Do you know exactly when Bo got married? Maybe they (Bo & Taylor's bro) got married around the same time & Gaga was going through that phase.

It would maybe explain what the pivotal moment was that inspired IWBWY/Dope ("because I lost my only friend").

Presumably there was a big blow out over something when she was at her lowest which risked her relationship and she knew she had to change. Passing out at Taylor's brothers wedding could be that.

Taylor & her did call it quits for a lil while back in 2012, I think. And then got back together again.

Definitely around the same time. Remember we got a picture of Gaga and Tay on the wedding of Tay's brother ... Gaga was very beautiful and normal looking. I think it was before the wedding of her friends, but was around the same time.
