Lily Allen "I Don't Make Any Money Out Of Record Sales"
Lily Allen doesn't make any real money from her album sales, the singer has claimed.
Despite being a chart-topper all over the globe, Allen says she earns a living instead from other means.
"I don't make any money out of record sales at all. I make money out of touring and syncs, publishing," Lily tells Q radio. "My songs being put on Grey's Anatomy, things like that."
"I don't make any money at all from selling an album, which is probably why I feel so angry about doing all this promotion because I am not earning any money out of it, someone else and they don't have to live with the lasting effects."
This isn't the first rant about money to come from the singer recently. She told Word magazine that from her 2 million sales of debut album 'Alright, Still', she only earnt £50,000.
Earlier this week, Allen also claimed she is not scared if second album 'It's Not Me, It's You' fails to sell as well as her first record.
Tickets for her UK tour are still on sale now and can be purchased here.
