Eh, as someone in here with a history of eating disorders said in here earlier, sometimes they look at pics like that to remind themselves of what they're fighting so they don't relapse. She could've searched one of the many hashtags the original post had and accidentally liked the pic while scrolling through all of them. All it takes on Instagram to like a pic is a quick double tap.
