I think it's server issues as in the last quater of the year the website gets more views and therefore crashes.
I'm not fully sure though.

Gaga's TechHaus team has been concentrating a DDOS attack on kworb.net so people can't track all her WW iTunes positions so easily. Music not the chart positions.
